If our setup services team is unable to successfully configure your wireless printer networking paths, connect it to your computer, or install the correct drivers during our remote setup assistance call, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the setup service cost within 30 days of purchase.
Unopened and unused hardware printer packages purchased from PrintConnect can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. The customer is responsible for standard return shipping fees. Opened or used printers are subject to a 15% restocking fee if return conditions are met.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution's processing cycles.
